SMS Terms of Service
LendNest Portal (a service of Term Loans US LLC) offers account-notification text messages to customers who have submitted a funding inquiry and created a LendNest Portal account. These are non-marketing, transactional messages about your own inquiry.
Program / messages. After you opt in from your account, you may receive texts about the status of your funding inquiry — for example, that we received it, that it is under review, that it has been submitted to lenders, that you have been matched, or that we need information to continue processing it.
How to opt in. Log in to your account portal, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Varies based on your inquiry activity — typically 2 to 6 messages per inquiry.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out / help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from account-notification messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing. Your mobile number is used solely by LendNest Portal to send the account-notification messages you requested.
We retain SMS consent records as required to document your opt-in. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Opting out of text messages does not affect your funding inquiry; you can still view your status by logging in to your account portal.
